CHAPTER # 5
5.1 Organization
The data has been collected applying the methods of data
collection. Firstly raw data has been organized. Different response to
some questions organized together number wise and listed to problems together.
Numerical data has been organized by making frequency distribution. But
this qualitative data organized by writing all response related with some
problems together. After organization of data, data has been taken under
further statistical procedure.
It mean a bridge the data and editing to organized data
more formally remove or delete or drain out responses exactly same and
with very little difference, thus price the data. Take only answer related
to problems and give up those, which are not relevant to the problem. And
again organized it.
Cleaning data is also the method by which irrelevant material
have been taken out?
5.2 Problems
After the survey we come to know problem faced by females
in co-education in educational institutions are following: -
-
Our society does not allow them to join co-education. There
is zamindari system, which even against the women education.
-
There are different casts in rural areas, different casts
do not want there females meet with males of an other cast thus they are
against the co-education on this base. It is not possible to provide separate
schools for each cast in different villages of rural areas.
-
Low educated people think purdha is necessary for female
in the presence of male. It is a hindrance for females in educational institute.
-
Teacher problem is main usually that there are not female
teachers in education institutes of rural areas. People do not feel good
to send there young girls to study with male under the supervision of male
teacher or some subject may only be taught better by female teacher and
absence of female teacher people send their girls to school for women only
there usually shortage of female teacher in girls school, so large number
of females are not be in the favor to work together male or their parents
do not to allow them to do so.
-
Some naughty and natured male usually produced troubles for
female but there are not any protective measures to save them and prevent
those naughty males to do so.
-
Lacks of separate arrangement of toilet have been noticed
in some institute.
-
In some cases females can join the male in same class for
study but in transportation they face problems with male being join transport
from the institute have problem.
-
In rural area most or even in city most people do not give
education to their women therefore the most schools of rural areas and
few schools of city, female students are few then in those institute syllabus
is followed which is usually beneficial for male students only.
5.3 Suggestions
-
Emphasize should be given to produce connivance of education and made
clear the value of female education to people who are ignorant of it. It
may be done by NGOs by the program have government aid.
-
Where students are in small quantity co-education is economical, thus
should be made clear to the elements who hindrance in the course of co-education.
-
Co-education up to primary level is free of any danger of moral disorder,
so parents who are strict nature should advised to send their child with
out any stress.
-
Parents should prepare their children at their homes to such a morality
level that no one made them black male.
-
Pardha is our tradition, so it is necessary but we know that it is essential
when they are out side the class. Teacher is parent like, so it not necessary
in class rooms.
-
It is prime duty of government to provide facilities in rural areas
where female teachers can work. Also government should select the trained
female teachers or illegible female teachers that easily teach the girl
student’s good female teachers help him providing fair environment in between
male and female students.
-
Secondly the government should open new girls school, in this way there
are two benefits
-
Providing better education in rural areas. (2) To decrease in unemployment.
-
Government should provide protection in school environment and transport
also.
-
Security is necessary for female students and teachers on anywhere.
-
Male and female are two opposite sex. Therefore it is not good in general
sense to use single toilet for both opposite sex. Keeping in view to mental
satisfaction of female, there should be separate toilet in each institute.
There are no any problems in co-education in case when female is full
of confidence on her own. If she think so, then there will be no any problem
anywhere.
We believe that there so many minor problems but they can be solved
with right and effective measures.
